Message: My car wouldn’t start while shopping this morning. Of course I was 30 minutes from home and my mechanic husband was under the weather and couldn’t come to my rescue. My son came and jump started my car. We then headed straight to Advance Auto for a battery. The guys there were very helpful in deciding which battery I needed. So thankful they will install as well. My son didn’t have the tools with him to do it. They struggled getting the new battery in due to length of my car’s cables but the general manager came out and finally got it in and hooked up. They had me back up and running in less than an hour. Great customer service and they explained everything in detail. Thank you for saving the day, it was very much appreciated!

Message: Needed a new battery this morning and took my van here to learn it was supposed to only be replaced at the dealership, but my car wouldn't start at all again (started with a jump to get it there in the first place but they couldn't get it started again there) so Mike replaced the battery anyway for me. He was super fast at it and very friendly and knowledgeable. Plus they didn't upcharge the cost of the battery as much as the dealership would have. Thank you!
