Message: I wish I could give more stars. Bret and Adam are hands down the most customer oriented sales staff I’ve EVER met.. I pulled in to the parking lot shortly after they opened. I wanted them to check my alternator and my starter. When they went to check my starter they realized it was bad and it was to the point that I couldn’t even jump the vehicle to get it home.. Not only did they let me use their parking lot for over three hours to put in a new starter but they allow me access to all the tools they had available so that I could do it without having to tow my truck home.. INCREDIBLY GRATEFUL. I will never go anywhere else for car parts.

Message: I had a dead battery on my truck and called around to see who could install a new one ASAP. Competitors said they couldn't because my trucks battery install was too complex. When I called and talked with Tim at the CR store he said he would be able to take care of me right away. When I got to the store, he had my battery options pulled up on the screen, walked through the options with me, grabbed my battery and got to work. Great service, Tim! I hardly write reviews but was too impressed with the experience. Thank you!

Message: Great place to go. If they get busy it's worth the wait because unlike a lot of places the guys in here show a genuine interest in getting you the best part at the best price and have repeatedly gone above and beyond to ensure they did just that. I'd say don't go if you're in a rush because as you're getting frustrated with how long the guy in front of you is taking you gotta remember when an issue like his comes up for you they're going to take the same kinda time to help you resolve yours. I'm a satisfied customer returning for over 10 years now.
