Message: Tammy is always helpful, keeps me updated about parts and repairs. Asking if we need vehicle back while waiting on a part. I really appreciate this gesture. The shop guys are always willing to explain what needs repaired and why. Take the time to talk with customers about their vehicle, before just saying it needs all this without reason. Message: We made a trip to Blakesburg to pick up a used horse trailer. On our way home back to Michigan, we blew a tire about 12 miles west of Muscatine. I had a jack and tire iron. However, I needed a cresant wrench to get the spare off. Fortunately, we found a very friendly gentleman at home who loaned us some tools and recommended A-1 Quality Tire. So, my wife called A1 at 4:00 p. m. on a Friday afternoon to ask if they had trailer tires. The lady she spoke with was very friendly and said that eventhough they were no longer taking appointments for the day, she would help us out. We got to A-1 around 4:15 and they mounted up 2 new tires in record time and got us back on the trail back home. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Tammy had the shop guys throw on a loner tire until I could get the warranty figured out. She was very kind and caring which proves her first priority is her customers safety!
